Position 1: Corporate Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • He / She will assist the Admin Manager in procurement, processing of purchase requisitions, requests for quotations and procurements through tender, ensuring that these comply with procurement policies.
  • He / She is required to manage a wide spectrum of administrative duties which include, office equipment & supplies, inventory management, meeting rooms management and alumni support.
  • In addition, he / she will handle the school printing.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' / 'O' Level / Certificate in Business Studies, preferably with 2 - 3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, meticulous with a strong ability to multi-task
